Bookings and deposits
A booking deposit may be required (see Prices). Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations
At least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Suitability and outcomes
All treatments are suitability-assessed. Results vary. We may decline treatment if unsuitable.

Aftercare
Aftercare instructions form part of the treatment agreement.
