What We Address

Treatment Options We May
Recommend, Tailored To You

Every plan is built around your specific triggers, symptom pattern and what you have already tried — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Symptom & Trigger Review

A thorough review of your allergy symptoms, seasonal pattern and identified or suspected triggers — pollen, dust, pets, mould or other environmental factors — to form the foundation of your plan.

Medication Timing Review

Many people take antihistamines reactively rather than preventively. We review the timing and suitability of your current medication regimen and optimise it around your pollen calendar and symptom windows.

Prevention Strategies

Practical, evidence-informed strategies to reduce allergen exposure and minimise symptom burden — covering indoor air quality, lifestyle adjustments and pre-season preparation to get ahead of your allergy season.

Escalation Guidance & Safety Rules

Clear guidance on when symptoms require urgent medical review, how to safely step up treatment, and which combination of medications is appropriate — including prescription options discussed privately where clinically suitable.

The Process

How It Works —
Three Simple Steps

01

Start Your Online Consultation

Answer a short questionnaire covering your symptoms, triggers, allergy history and what you have already tried. This gives our specialist everything needed to assess your case accurately — no rushed appointment, no guesswork.

02

Specialist Review

Your case is reviewed within 24–48 business hours by our Independent Nurse Prescriber. A structured, stepwise management plan is created around your symptom pattern, triggers and lifestyle — not a template protocol.

03

Plan & Delivery

You receive a written plan covering prevention, medication timing and escalation guidance. Where appropriate, prescription options are discussed and coordinated — all costs disclosed in full before anything is issued.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked
Questions

Can you prescribe antihistamines or nasal sprays online?

We offer specialist consultations and prescription options are discussed privately where clinically appropriate. If prescription treatment is recommended, this is coordinated via pharmacy and all associated costs are disclosed in full before anything is issued. Medication is paid separately — it is not included in the consultation fee.

Do I need to attend the clinic in person?

No. The entire consultation, review and plan is handled online. You complete a questionnaire and your case is reviewed by our Independent Nurse Prescriber remotely. Your written plan is delivered digitally and, where appropriate, any prescribed products are coordinated for delivery via pharmacy.

What if over-the-counter antihistamines are not working for me?

This is one of the most common reasons people seek a specialist review. We assess whether the issue is medication timing, choice of antihistamine, inadequate nasal control, or the need to step up to prescription-level options. Your plan will include a structured escalation pathway so you understand exactly what to try and when.

Are prescription products included in the consultation fee?

No — medication is paid separately, directly via pharmacy. All costs are disclosed in full before any prescription is issued. There are no hidden charges. The consultation fee covers the specialist review and your written management plan.

Can you help if my hay fever also affects my eyes or causes asthma symptoms?

Yes. Allergic rhinoconjunctivitis — where hay fever affects both the nose and eyes — is very common and can be addressed within your plan. Where symptoms suggest possible allergic asthma or other respiratory involvement, your plan will include clear escalation guidance and the appropriate referral pathway for specialist respiratory review.

Is this service available year-round, not just during pollen season?

Yes. Many patients benefit from pre-season planning — starting treatment before pollen season begins, rather than reacting once symptoms have escalated. We are available year-round and recommend consulting ahead of your known trigger season for the most effective management.
