Your consultation begins with a thorough conversation. We want to understand your concerns, what you have tried previously, your goals and any relevant lifestyle or medical context — before we make any assessment or recommendation.
Clinical Assessment
Our clinician carries out a structured assessment appropriate to your concern — which may include skin analysis, photography, review of medications or medical history, and suitability screening for any treatments being considered.

You receive a clear, honest recommendation — outlining the most suitable treatment pathway, realistic expected outcomes, any limitations or downtime, and homecare or maintenance advice. No pressure. No obligation to proceed on the day.

Consultation
Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Some services require a consultation before treatment can be booked or carried out.
Some treatments cannot be carried out on the same day as consultation — a separate appointment will be required.
Prescription-only treatment, where relevant, will only be considered following appropriate medical assessment and prescribing procedures. This cannot be bypassed or expedited.
