Complete a detailed health and skin questionnaire and submit clear, unfiltered photographs in natural light. This gives our clinicians the information they need to properly evaluate your skin concerns — accurately and safely.
A qualified clinician reviews your photos and health information and prepares a personalised treatment plan. Where appropriate, prescription or compounded products are coordinated through our regulated dispensing process. Some cases may require in-person review.
Skin treatment is a journey, not a one-time event. Follow-up consultations are recommended and available to monitor your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and ensure you are getting the best possible results from your treatment.
Getting the Best Results
The quality of your assessment depends on the quality of your photographs. To ensure our clinicians can evaluate your skin accurately and safely, please follow our photo guidelines when submitting your assessment.
Clear, honest documentation of your skin — in its natural state — allows us to provide the most clinically accurate recommendations. Filtered or heavily edited images may prevent our clinicians from making a safe assessment.
This is not an emergency service. If you have an urgent or rapidly changing skin concern, please contact your GP or seek in-person medical care.
Take photos in good, even natural light — ideally near a window. Avoid flash photography, heavy artificial lighting or shadows, which can obscure skin texture and tone.
Submit completely unfiltered, unedited photographs. Filters, beauty modes and skin-smoothing effects prevent accurate clinical assessment and may affect the safety of any prescription issued.
Include a close-up of the area of concern as well as a wider facial shot. Ensure the image is in focus and your skin is clean, with minimal or no make-up where possible.
Submit front-facing, left profile and right profile photographs as a minimum. For specific body concerns, include a close-up of the affected area alongside a wider contextual shot.
Important Information
The online clinic provides assessment and treatment planning based on the information and photographs you submit. Our clinicians take all reasonable care to provide safe, evidence-based recommendations within the limits of remote consultation.
This service is not suitable for urgent, rapidly changing or potentially serious skin conditions. If you have concerns that require immediate attention, please contact your GP or attend an appropriate in-person medical service.
Where clinically appropriate, prescription or compounded skincare products can be coordinated as part of your treatment plan. Product costs are separate from the consultation fee and will be communicated clearly prior to dispatch.
Follow-up appointments are recommended to monitor your skin's response to treatment and refine your plan as needed. Each follow-up visit is charged separately. Consistent review leads to consistently better outcomes.
